How to get inside bios on windows 8,1

To change windows 8 system os to another like linux you have to do some things.first you have to go to settings and you have to choose change pc settings then go to general and choose advanced start up and restart.now you go on troubleshoot  and

choose advanced options  and in the  end choose UEFI firmware settings and restart.ok now you have to go on bios and change UEFI SYSTEM SECURITY ok i show you! go to boot bios and

change uefi to legacy bios! now save and exit and you go and put any other system you wont!!!
